I am a self-motivated individual with over 30 years’ experience in Accounting, Income Tax, Budgeting and Customer Service. I am eager to utilize the skills I have obtained from previous employment, education, and experiences. I have a BA in Accounting from the New York Institute of Technology.
I have worked in various industries and have learned so much. My biggest accomplishment are my children who I have raised alone for 13 years. I have had to step back from working full time so I can raise my children, but I have always had multiple part time jobs. My second proud accomplishment is purchasing my own home on a part time job. I know what it’s like to work hard, and struggle. Everything I own and have has been through hard work, organization, staying within budget and not living above my means. It has serves me well and I have taught that to my daughters.
I am a results-oriented individual who strives to achieve the best outcome. My analytical mindset, work ethic and personal approach helps me to serve others, stay focused and instead of engaging or being drawn into negativity or conflict I listen, and resolve all conflict and I have a proven track record of success.
I also have experience in Income Tax preparation. I have been working with H&R Block for over 17 tax seasons. I am always up to date with changing tax laws, and I have a PTIN which is an IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number. I am Microsoft Certified in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access and Outlook. I am Trilingual and speak fluent Greek, Intermediate Spanish and rudimentary Italian.
